I always look forward to unwinding after a busy work day with Shirronda’s class. She’s able to create a peaceful, welcoming, environment even in the drabbest of conference rooms. For me, the class is the perfect combination of fun and challenging. I always leave the class feeling refreshed, and ready to face my commute home without stress.
